Objectives

  1. Understand basic Internet concepts.
  2. To develop an understanding of the key elements of Project Based Learning.
  3. Be able to use basic Netscape WWW browser functions.

Prerequisites

  1. Have a basic understanding of the Macintosh environment and applications.
  2. Have a full Internet connection operating at home and at school
  3. Classes will be conducted on the Macintosh but students may have Dos Computers at home.

Student Preparation

Students need to be on time, bring an open mind, and be ready to learn. Students should also obtain a copy of "Plugging In" if they do not have one.
