Finding Information

Finding what you want on the Internet can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Online search tools help you track down whatever it is you're looking for. Check out c/net online to find out which tool is really the best.

The granddaddy of all search tools, and my personal favorite, is Yahoo! It allows users to both browse and search subject categories. It's a good starting place and it has the ability to search six or more other Web search engines including Alta Vista, WebCrawler, and Lycos, among others.
